Currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and well-respected company located in the Manchester area. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team.

The position of Customer Service Executive offers an excellent opportunity for someone from a Customer Service, Internal Sales, Sales Advisor, Sales Executive or Call Centre background who is looking to join a highly established and reputable business with a strong base of clients you will be responsible for communicating with and coordinating with on a daily basis.

THE ROLE:

  • Providing customers with prompt and accurate advice and information on products and services
  • Offering support to internal sales initiatives
  • Arranging for samples to be sent out where appropriate
  • Answering customer queries over phone and email
  • Accurately processing customer orders
  • Gathering all the relevant information and paperwork for invoicing
  • Coordinating with freight companies
  • Working closely with the wider teams including Sales, Production, Warehouse and Accounts

THE PERSON:

  • Previous experience within a customer service / call centre / internal sales / sales advisor / sales executive / telesales role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to manage a busy workload
  • Strong computer skills
