Currently supporting a market leading digital agency based in Manchester who, due to growth, are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be required to identify and win new clients, selling a range of website and digital marketing services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling website development and digital marketing services to join a forward-thinking company who will offer excellent benefits.
- As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects and leads
- Making outbound approaches to potential clients by phone, email and on social media
- Arranging exploratory meetings and calls for prospects with key members of the digital teams for project scoping
- Sending and following up proposals and quotations to secure contracted business
- Nurturing existing client accounts, selling value added services and upgrades
- Liaising with digital and technical delivery teams
- Communicating technical information to prospects and clients in a simple and accessible manner
- Completing other duties as required
- At least 3 years’ experience of selling Digital Marketing, SEO & PPC services, websites or software solutions is essential
- Strong track record of achieving revenue within a Business Development, Account Manager, Telesales, New Business role is essential
- Organised and detail oriented when dealing with client scope documents and contracts
- Consultative approach to sales with the ability to portray the core values of the company
- Able to introduce new ideas and solutions to ensure that the solutions fit the client’s requirements
- Own car and full UK driving license
